They were quick to respond to any listing we wanted to see. Once we decided on our home, she negotiated and stayed in close contact with the seller. She and her team, Luis and Anthony, were amazing in keeping the ball moving after the negotiation. There was no question too small for Irene, whether it was taxes, appraisal or inspection. Irene has intimate knowledge of the Miami real estate market and a rolodex of contractors and other professionals to move the process along. When we signed our closing documents, Irene was there to give a big congratulations and make sure all went smoothly. There is not enough we can say about her professionalism, and her warmth as a person.

I'm new to the buying process and Irene was there for me when needed, proactively setting up next steps and explaining in details what to expect. She helped understand all parties involved and what I should know, gave professional advisees before I made important decisions and gladly recommended other professionals, like Insurance, Handyman, Mortgage Agents, which opens up the whole real of network. I would probably make so many mistakes if I try to do it all by myself and with Irene experience with smooth and easy.
